• ONLINE CREDIT CARD $100 includes 4 students, each additional student is $15 – $100.00
  Registration fee of $100 includes up to 4 students. If you are registering more than 4 students, please enter the number of additional students as guests. The cost is $15 for each student above 4.
  EACH SCHOOL NEEDS TO COMPLETE THEIR OWN FORM.
